Shopify (product) subscription cancellation:
We are happy to assist with instructions on how to cancel your subscription.
1. Login into your account https://karenmartel.myshopify.com/a/subscriptions/login
2. Click Subscriptions
3. Locate your subscription and click Manage
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
Proceed to complete the steps to successfully cancel your subscription.
Kajabi subscription/membership cancellation:
Our membership services have a self-cancellation process. Please follow the directions below to cancel your membership.
How to cancel your membership in Kajabi:• Log in to youraccount on a web browser (not the app).• Click on your Avatar from the page header. This is in the right-hand corner of the screen where you see the circle where a profile picture goes.• Under "Active subscription," click the 3 dots next to the subscription.
