How do I cancel my membership?Updated 4 months ago

Our membership services have a self-cancellation process. Please follow the directions below to cancel your membership. 

How to cancel your membership in Kajabi:

• Log in to your account on a web browser (not the app).

• Click on your Avatar from the page header. This is in the right-hand corner of the screen where you see the circle where a profile picture goes.

• Under "Active subscription," click the 3 dots next to the subscription.

Select "Cancel this subscription."

• Once confirmed, you will lose access to your Offer Subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.

*If you can't locate your subscription, please contact support as you may be on our old system and we will have to manually cancel it for you. [email protected]
